Tonight we went to our first fall festival with Ella at her school.

Tonight we took this picture of Ella in her Guatemalan dress for my nephew's spanish project.

The pictures below are Ella playing on her Christmas present. This box sat in the living room for a few days until Mike moved it because it was heavy. It wasn't until the last day she realized she could play on it.

Wednesday night I went to bible study and this is what Mike and Ella did while I was gone.

This little cutie turned 20 months old yesterday. I can't believe she is growing up so fast.

Just an update on Mike's job. Today we made it through a round of layoffs. Unfortunately a lot of people had to lose their jobs and my heart breaks for each one of them.

A Few Pictures

I really have nothing to blog about so I took a few pictures yesterday to hold you over until something interesting happens.I think we will be making another trip to the pumpkin patch with our bible study.

Ella is still talking up a storm and she also has started testing our parenting skills lately. We still enjoy every minute of her and are looking forward to Halloween with her.

Pumpkin Patch

Today Mike and I took Ella to a pumpkin patch and met up with the Nyblom family (you can visit their website here). While there we had a hay ride and walked thru a maze. We all had a great time and enjoyed meeting the rest of the Nyblom Family.

Not the news I wanted to hear

We found out today Mike's company is officially up for sale. Both of us were really hoping they were not selling his division but evidently they had other plans. Right now we just have to wait to see who buys them and how it will work for our family. I will not bore you and go into all the details why I am unhappy about this.

Tomorrow we are going to the pumkin patch so stay tuned for pictures.
